Police Appeal for Help to Locate Missing Man from Gillingham

Kent Police are appealing for the public’s help to locate 46-year-old Darren Brettle, who has been reported missing from the Gillingham area.

Darren was last seen in the Victoria Street area of the town at around 10am on Wednesday, 30 July 2025. Officers say they are growing increasingly concerned for his welfare.

He is described as being between 5ft 9in and 6ft tall, of medium build, with brown eyes, brown curly hair, and an Aston Villa tattoo on his right arm.

Police are urging anyone who may have seen Darren or who has information about his whereabouts to come forward immediately.

A Kent Police spokesperson said:

“We are asking for the public’s assistance to help find Darren as soon as possible. If you have seen him, or know where he may be, please contact us without delay.”
