Kent Police have issued an urgent appeal for information regarding the whereabouts of 16-year-old David Okia-Anie, who has gone missing from Rochester. David was last seen outside Chatham railway station around 12:15 pm on Wednesday, 30 October, and authorities are concerned for his welfare.

David was last seen wearing an all-black outfit, including a tracksuit, jacket, trainers, and gloves. His family and police are appealing to the public for help in locating him.
