Rui, who lives in Eastleigh, was last seen in Winchester at around 1.20pm and hasn’t returned home. He had been suffering from hypothermia and police and his family are very concerned for his welfare.
When last seen, Rui was wearing a dark navy Kappa tracksuit with a stripe down the side and black and white Adidas sliders.
