A desperate search is underway for 14-year-old Millie, who went missing from Worthing, Sussex, amid growing concerns from police and her family that she may have been abducted.

Sussex Police have now upgraded her case to high-risk status, stating they are treating the disappearance as a potential abduction. Officers are expected to release an official statement soon.

Family’s Heartbreaking Plea

Millie’s mother issued a public plea on social media, describing her distress and fearing for her daughter’s safety.

“Millie would never do this to us. She loves her home comforts too much, and we are worried they have taken her phone. Everything is really happy at home—this is not like her at all.

Millie was last seen at a park near her home on the evening of Saturday, February 15. She had been two minutes away from home and was expected to return within five minutes. However, she suddenly turned off her phone location, blocked her family and friends, and disappeared.

Public Urged to Help

The community has responded with an outpouring of support, with thousands of people sharing the family’s plea online.

The search continues, with family, friends, and officers hoping for Millie’s safe return home as soon as possible.
