Police believe Carly, 32, may have been in the Highbridge Road of #Chelmsford in the early hours of this morning (Thursday 21 April) however we have not been able to make meaningful contact with her.
Carly, pictured, is about 5ft 3ins and has shoulder-length straight dark brown hair.
Officers would like to locate her as quickly as possible.
