Police have launched an urgent appeal to locate two missing girls from Crawley, 13-year-old Amelia and 12-year-old Elsie, who were last seen on Sunday evening (April 13).
The pair were spotted together in Crawley at around 8pm and are believed to still be together. There is growing concern for their welfare as they have not returned home or made contact since.
Description:
- Amelia is described as 5ft 7in tall with long dark brown hair. She was last seen wearing black shorts and a black jumper.
- Elsie is 5ft 4in tall and has blonde highlights in her hair. She was last seen in a grey jumpsuit.
Police note that the girls may have changed clothing since their disappearance.
Travel Warning
The girls are known to travel by train, and officers believe they may have travelled to London. Train stations and public transport hubs in the South East and capital are being monitored.

Sussex Police are urging anyone who sees the girls or has information about their whereabouts to get in touch immediately.
“We are deeply concerned for Amelia and Elsie’s safety and are appealing to anyone who may have seen them or knows where they are to contact us urgently,” said a police spokesperson.
