An urgent appeal has been launched to locate a 38-year-old man, Jethro Cox, who is believed to have disappeared from his home in Chelmsford along with four young children. Essex Police are concerned for their welfare and have initiated a widespread search.

Mr. Cox was last seen at his Chelmsford home and is thought to be in the company of children aged five, four, and two two-year-olds. Authorities believe he may be driving a white Ford C-Max, possibly heading towards Romford or Hainault in east London, where he has known links.
As the investigation continues, officers are working tirelessly to ensure the safety of Mr. Cox and the children. Further updates are expected as the search progresses.
