Winchester Pensioner remains missing

Searched are continuing to find a missing man from Winchester. Anthony Hayter, aged 80, was last seen leaving his home address in Winchester at around 12.30pm on Sunday, 10 March. He said he was popping out for a short walk but hasn’t been seen since. Inspector Louise Kennedy, said: “Together with Anthony’s family, we are growing increasingly concerned for his welfare. “Anthony has links to the Ringwood area so it’s possible he might have travelled outside of Winchester. “If you live in the Winchester or Ringwood areas, please check your sheds and outbuildings in case Anthony is sheltering inside. “If you have any information that could help us, please call us on 101 as soon as possible.” Anthony is described as: white, with short black hair and of slim build. He was last seen wearing two olive green fleeces, a white shirt, loose fitting brown cord trousers, and a green hat with three fishing flies on. He may have been using a walking stick. If you have any information, please contact us on 101, quoting reference number 44190084371. In an emergency, call 999.
