Repainting of these historic beauties will now happen every five years again, scrapping the extended six-year gap used during the COVID pandemic. This move follows Crown Paints’ guidance and ensures the buildings stay in tip-top shape against salt and sea spray.

Thanks to the Hove Borough Council Act 1976, owners in Brunswick Square and Terrace must legally repaint their buildings, including masonry, railings, and balconies, every five years. This keeps the iconic seafront looking sharp and well-protected.
