Kent Police are appealing for witnesses and dashcam footage following a serious three-vehicle collision involving two motorcycles and a car on the A2 coastbound near Dartford on Friday, 13 June.

The crash occurred at approximately 4.50pm between Junction 2 of the M25 (Dartford Heath) and Old Bexley Lane.

Two Motorcyclists Injured

Police report that a black Triumph motorcycle and an orange KTM 360 motorcycle collided, resulting in a secondary collision with a green Mini Cooper.

Emergency services, including the South East Coast Ambulance Service, attended the scene. One rider, a man in his 50s, suffered serious injuries and was airlifted to a London hospital, where he remains in serious condition.

The second motorcyclist, a man in his 30s, was taken to a local hospital and is described as being in a stable condition. The drivers’ next of kin have been informed.
