Two people have tragically died and two others have been left seriously injured following a devastating early morning car crash in Chelmsford.
An Essex Police spokesperson said:

“We would ask the public to avoid the area while we continue with this work at the scene. As we piece together what led to this tragic incident, we particularly want to hear from anyone who may have seen a blue BMW 3 Series in the early hours of 23 March.”

Appeal for Witnesses and Dashcam Footage

Inspector James Freeman added:

“Our thoughts are with the families and friends of the two people who died today. We are working hard to establish what led up to this collision and would urge anyone with information to contact us.
If you have any CCTV, dash cam, or other footage in relation to this incident, then please get in contact with us as soon as possible.”
