The incident occurred at the junction of Lewisham Way and Parkfield Road around 8:55 am.
Emergency services, including Met Police officers and London Ambulance Service paramedics, responded swiftly to the scene. Paramedics arrived within four minutes of being called and treated the woman for her injuries before transporting her to a major trauma centre. Her condition is currently being assessed.
