HGV Rollover see M3 Motorway closed near Winchester until 7am on Sunday
The M3 westbound at junction 11 is likely to remain closed until at least 7am on Sunday morning following an earlier incident involving an heavy goods vehicle. Officers from Hampshire Roads Policing have put in the closure after the HGV overturned. A major recovery and clean up operation in now taking place that has seen a full closure following the spillage of Tarmac and diesel on large section of the carriageway. Drivers are being advised to seek alternative routes.
