The Spanish holiday hotspots of Ibiza and Formentera have been battered by record-breaking floods. Torrential downpours unleashed havoc, leaving Ibiza airport’s terminal leaking and the islands grappling with severe weather warnings.

Red Alert as Mediterranean Deluge Strikes

On Tuesday, Spain’s national weather agency, AEMET, slapped Ibiza and Formentera with a “red alert” Overover relentless torrential rains.
