The fire destroyed a two-story semi-detached house and half of the roof of a neighbouring property. Before the Brigade arrived, eight people had left the property. London Ambulance Service crews took a woman and a man to the hospital after they inhaled smoke.

The Fire service was called at 2.21 a.m., and the fire was out by 4.27 a.m. Willesden, West Hampstead, Park Royal, and other nearby fire stations responded.

The fire’s origin is being investigated.
