Three teams, each consisting of two firefighters, are strategically working to contain and surround the fire to prevent its spread. An aerial ladder platform, including a 32-meter turntable ladder, has also been deployed to provide elevated support, allowing crews to tackle the flames from above and reach hard-to-access areas.

The London Fire Brigade has yet to determine the cause of the fire, and crews are expected to remain on site for several hours. Further updates will be provided as the situation develops and the damage is assessed.

UPDATE 2.50am: Firefighters have managed to gain access into the building by using cutting equipment and a disc cutter to cut the metal security shutters to enable crews to tackle the blaze internally with hose reels..

We have reached out to the London Fire Brigade for a statement. The cause of the blaze is still under investigation at this stage.
