A 48-year-old man from Manchester has been charged with manslaughter following an investigation into the death of a man on the railway line in North Wales. Patrick Kennedy, currently of no fixed address, is set to appear at Llandudno Magistrates Court today.

The incident occurred on July 13, 2022, when officers were called to the line near Prestatyn Golf Club after receiving reports of a casualty on the tracks. Paramedics also arrived at the scene, but unfortunately, 40-year-old Keith Ford was pronounced dead.
