A man has been detained by police following a violent incident at a notorious Blackheath fair in Southeast London, A Road closure has been put in place in both directions at the junction of Shooters Hill Road.
Emergency services were rushed to the scene after reports emerged of a large group of males attempting to charge and attack security personnel on Tuesday afternoon.
