Detectives are appealing to the public for information after an assault occurred at Kilburn Underground Station in London. In an effort to gather crucial details about the incident, investigators have released an image of a man they believe may have valuable information relating to the case.
The assault took place on Thursday, June 22, at approximately 21.25 GMT aboard a train travelling between Finchley Road and Kilburn. According to reports, the suspect began exhibiting aggressive behaviour towards the victim while on board the train. Once the train arrived at Kilburn station, the man followed the victim onto the platform and physically assaulted her. Following the assault, the suspect quickly fled the scene.
Detectives from the British Transport Police (BTP) are now seeking the public’s help in identifying the individual shown in the released image. They believe he may hold crucial information that could significantly aid their ongoing investigation into the incident.
Anyone who recognises the man in the image or possesses any information pertinent to the assault is urged to come forward and assist the BTP. They can do so by texting 61016 or by calling 0800 40 50 40, quoting reference number 721-220623.
