Mum pays tribute to Laura Westbrook who was killed on A3 near Petersfield
Police have named a woman who died after a collision on the A3 on Thursday, September 15. Laura Westbrook, aged 22, from Waterlooville, died after the white Vauxhall Corsa she was driving left the southbound carriageway near Clanfield. She was pronounced dead at the scene.
