Officers searching a house in Strood found a large amount of heroin and cocaine – UKNIP

Kent Police’s County Lines and Gangs Team executed a search warrant at an address on Station Road on Wednesday, June 8, 2022.

The constables discovered a locked safe inside a cupboard, and a subsequent search yielded the key.

They discovered multiple wraps of cocaine and heroin, as well as compressed blocks of the latter.

Both a man and a woman were arrested and detained.

Edwin Aghatise, of Station Road, Strood, was later charged with cocaine possession with intent to supply and heroin possession with intent to supply.

The 32-year-old was remanded in custody and scheduled to appear in Medway Magistrates’ Court on Thursday, June 9.

A Strood woman in her twenties was released pending further investigation.
