Police Appeal for Information after Man Mugged outside Whistlers Fish and Chip on Hayling Island
Police are appealing for Information and witnesses to contact them following two incidents that officers believe are connected. On Friday evening two youths were ejected from the West Town Inn on suspicion of supplying drugs. These two youths then proceeded to mug, and assault a local gentleman outside Whistlers Fish and Chip Shop on Station Road on Hayling Island. The Victim who walks with a stick had some jewellery and his walking stick stolen. Police are appealing for witnesses.
