A significant drugs haul, including nearly 220 grams of cocaine, was uncovered in woodland near Tunbridge Wells after being sniffed out by a police dog. The discovery has led to the jailing of 21-year-old Aden Maynard, who played a leading role in a drug supply network operating across west Kent.

Suspicious Activity Leads to Arrest

On July 13, 2024, police patrols responded to a disturbance in Hornbeam Avenue, Tunbridge Wells. Officers spotted Maynard acting suspiciously outside a property while carrying a shoulder bag. Upon seeing the officers, he fled into nearby woodland.
