In a targeted operation, police officers executed a search warrant on the afternoon of Friday, December 29, gaining entry to premises located on High Street, South Croydon. Inside the property, Police discovered a significant quantity of cannabis plants along with equipment designed for their cultivation.
As a result of the discovery, two individuals were promptly arrested on suspicion of the cultivation of cannabis. Both suspects were subsequently transported into custody at a South London police station. Following initial questioning, they were released on bail, pending further investigations into the matter.
A crime scene has been established at the location, and police inquiries are actively ongoing to gather additional information and evidence related to the cannabis cultivation operation.
