Waterloo Road and Emmerdale actor Adam Thomas, who was recently unveiled as a participant in this year’s Strictly Come Dancing, has bravely shared his diagnosis of a chronic illness. In an Instagram post, the star revealed that he has been diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis, a long-term condition that causes pain, swelling, and stiffness in the joints, primarily affecting the hands, feet, and wrists.
Thomas, who turned 35, shared a heartwarming selfie featuring himself, his wife Caroline Daly, and their two children, Teddy and Elsie-Rose. Alongside the photo, he candidly disclosed his recent struggles with the condition and how it has impacted his life, including his participation in Strictly Come Dancing.
