One lane of the M3 has been closed, eastbound (towards Basingstoke and London), Junction 12 and Junction 11 whilst officers from Hampshire Roads Policing and Highway England deal with a two vehicle collision. Traffic is reported to be slow on approach to the incident. Further delays have been reported back to Junction 14 Eastleigh. Update to follow
