The southbound carriageway of the A42 near Ashby de la Zouch has been temporarily closed following a lorry shedding its load of glass containers, causing significant disruptions.
National Highways reported the road closure extending from the Junction 14 M1 link to Junction 13 at Ashby de la Zouch. Emergency services are currently at the scene, with Traffic Officers en route to manage the situation.
