Police have been called to a man reportedly seen with a weapon inside a car on Church Lane at Seasalter near Whitstable at 12:25pm on Sunday afternoon. Armed police have locked down Lucerne Drive where the man is understood to have taken uproot within a property. The man is still believed to be inside a property.
