David Wilby (37) was last seen at 7.30am on July 27 in Danes Road, Portchester. David has Schizophrenia and he may not have taken his medication, which may make his behaviour appear ‘odd’. He is not likely to be violent or aggressive. David said he was going to London, although his cashcard was used in Eastbourne yesterday (July 31); he is most likely to be travelling by train. David is described as: – white man – 6’1″ tall – Slim build – Dark brown, short hair (grade 1-2) – He will have some stubble on his face – He was last seen wearing light grey check, cotton shorts; creamy/white, round neck, short-sleeved t-shirt; black Nike trainers and a black bum bag.
