Fly Tippers target Pre Domesday Village with ton of fly tipped waste

Fly-tippers dump vast amount of trash on outskirts of picturesque village where homes average more than £ 1/2 a million The village of Otham near Maidstone has been in existence since before the time of the Domesday Survey of 1086.
