Jake Gerrard, 34, from Linacre Road, Litherland, was slammed with a hefty 10 years and 8 months in jail at Liverpool Crown Court on Thursday 9 April. He was found guilty of possessing and intending to supply a cocktail of illegal drugs, including cocaine, MDMA, psilocybin, 2CB, and DMT.
Massive Drug Lab Raided in Bootle
Back on 10 November 2025, police swooped on an address in Coral Drive, Bootle, uncovering a commercial-style drug lab. Officers found specialist equipment, heaps of cooking ingredients, and packaging materials used to prepare and package vast quantities of controlled substances.
Second Property Yields Even More Illegal Drugs
A follow-up raid at Gerrard’s Linacre Road home revealed additional drugs, weighing scales, and further proof pointing to large-scale drug trafficking.
Staggering Street Value of Seized Drugs
- Psilocybin (dried mushrooms): 3.77kg – worth around £37,653
