Man Chases Teenagers across Field with a Gun in Petersfield
Officers from Hampshire Constabulary are investigating a report of a public order incident in The Avenue, Petersfield at 4.10pm yesterday (7 August). It is alleged that a man has chased two teenagers across a field with a weapon. A 34-year-old man from Waterlooville has been arrested on suspicion of attempt to cause grievous bodily harm with intent to do grievous bodily harm and possess a firearm with intent to cause fear of violence. Investigating officers would like to hear from anyone who may have witnessed the incident or saw a vehicle being driven dangerously in the area at the time.
