Metropolitan Police Commissioner Sir Mark Rowley expressed his pride in the recipients, saying:

For 12 years of tireless work creating safe environments for young people through community sports, including the Hampton Rangers Junior Football Club. - William Smith, PCSO
For 20 years of dedication to the Whitton community, helping it become one of the safest areas in Greater London.
King’s Police Medal (KPM):
- Matt Twist, Assistant Commissioner
For distinguished leadership in numerous challenging roles, including implementing critical national policing changes. - Mark O’Dell, Inspector
For 18 years of frontline service in Croydon and his efforts to support officers dealing with trauma and PTSD. - Emma Harris, Detective Sergeant
For sustained efforts to improve officer welfare and address trauma risks in investigations. - Matthew Hardcastle, Constable
For his work supporting bereaved police families and colleagues, alongside his role in public order planning.
