Police Appeal to Identify Teenagers After Hay Bales Set on Fire in Wye

Kent Police are appealing for information after a deliberate fire was started near Olantigh Road in Wye earlier this month.

At approximately 10.20pm on Sunday, 9 March, hay bales were set alight, causing damage to the surrounding area. A nearby unoccupied caravan also sustained fire damage.

Suspects Described

Officers are looking to identify two teenage boys, believed to be aged between 15 and 17, who were seen in the area around the time of the incident.

Both are described as white:

  • One had brown hair
  • The other had ginger curly hair

Public Urged to Come Forward

Police are urging anyone who may have witnessed the fire or has information about the suspects to come forward.
