A woman had her bank card stolen and money withdrawn from her account after falling victim to a distraction thief inside a bank branch.
The 72-year-old victim was using a cashpoint at Lloyds Bank in Nottingham when she was approached by a man who distracted her, leading to her card being taken without her knowledge.
The thief then used the card to withdraw a substantial amount of money before leaving the bank. The incident occurred on 15 May 2024, and police are investigating with the help of CCTV footage to identify the suspect.
The authorities are urging anyone who identifies the man in the image to come forward with information to assist in the investigation.
