Police hunt man caught Exposing himself in Leigh Park

Police are appealing for witnesses after a man exposed himself to a woman on a path near a stream in Leigh Park. Between 2.20pm and 3pm on Friday 21 July, the 19-year-old victim had been walking south on a secluded path which opens out next to the junction of Barncroft Way and Stockheath Lane, when she passed a man she did not know. The man followed the victim for a short distance before exposing himself to her. He has been described as: • White • Aged in his 30s • Stubbly ginger beard • Wearing a black hooded top with a silver zip • Black trousers PC Ross Griffin said: “This incident took place during daylight hours on a sunny day, in an area that is popular with dog walkers. “Did you see anything thing suspicious, or anyone matching this description acting suspiciously in the area at this time? “Can you help us identify the man responsible?” If you have any information relating to this case, please call 101 quoting reference ‘44170280617’, or contact Crimestoppers anonymously.
