Teenager Killed in car that collided with Wall

Officers from the Serious Collision Investigation Unit are appealing for any witnesses to a fatal road traffic collision that occurred in Aylesham during the early hours of Sunday 29 July. At about 2.50am, a black Mercedes Benz was travelling from Nonnington towards Snowdon when the driver lost control in Holt Street while negotiating a left hand bend. The vehicle then collided with a wall and came to a stop on its roof. Three people were in the vehicle at the time. One person, an 18-year-old man died at the scene. A 41-year-old man received serious injuries and was taken to a London hospital for treatment and a 22-year-old man received minor injuries, they have been arrested in connection with the collision and are currently in custody. All are from the Dover area.
