Third Party Driver of Newport Smash Appeals for Information after Driver Makes Off

The driver of a two vehicle collision on the Isle of Wight is appealing for help from Island residents to name the driver. Police were called to the two vehicle collision on Forest Road on the outskirts of Newport last Monday April 23rd. The driver of the silver Citroen car is understood to have made off without exchanging detials or waiting for the Police. Now out of pocket full time Mum Carlie Seekings from East Cowes is asking for the driver to come forward or information to help trace the person who made off. Carlie was the driver of the Green Rave 4. The Rear wheel of the Citroen become detached and the driver ran off shortly after the collision that is still being investigation by Hampshire Police.
