Detectives have arrested two men in connection with the murder of 21-year-old Finbar Sullivan. The fatal stabbing took place on Tuesday, 7 April, sending shockwaves through the quiet Primrose Hill community.
Arrests Made as Investigation Intensifies
On Friday, 10 April, police detained a 27-year-old man on suspicion of murder. Alongside him, a 25-year-old was arrested for assisting an offender. Both remain in custody as the investigation ramps up.
Police Plea for Public Help
“My thoughts remain with Finbar’s family who continue to receive support from specialist officers at this unimaginably difficult time,” said Detective Inspector Andy Griffin, leading the inquiry. “Although we have made two arrests, officers are working around the clock to trace everyone involved. I’d like to thank the public who have come forward so far. If you have any footage or information from Tuesday, please get in touch. Your help could be crucial.” “Residents should expect a heavier police presence as patrols continue in Primrose Hill and surrounding areas.”
