Police have launched an investigation following the theft of a 50-foot canal boat from a private mooring in Bletchley. The vessel, named ‘Gyrafalcon’, was stolen between July and October this year from its location outside the Red Lion Public House.

Detective Constable Jenna Wilde, who is leading the investigation, said: “I am appealing to anyone with mobile phone, CCTV or dash-cam footage to get in touch with the force in case it has captured something which may assist this investigation.”

Members of the public with information about the theft are urged to contact Thames Valley Police by calling 101 or making a report online, quoting reference number 43240489970.

For those wishing to remain anonymous, information can be provided to Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111 or through their website.
