Accuser Claims Bbc Car Took Her To Russell Brand’s House When She Was 16

The Metropolitan Police has opened an investigation into a fresh allegation of sexual assault involving Russell Brand. Scotland Yard confirmed that they have received a report regarding an attack said to have occurred against a woman in Soho in 2003.

This development comes in the wake of accusations against Brand for sexually assaulting four women between 2006 and 2013. The comedian and actor has vigorously denied all these allegations.

A spokesperson for the Met Police stated, “We are aware of reporting by The Sunday Times and Channel 4’s Dispatches about allegations of sexual offences. On Sunday, 17 September, the Met received a report of a sexual assault which was alleged to have taken place in Soho in central London in 2003.”

The police have already been in contact with the woman who made the recent report and will provide her with support. The Met Police have been actively engaging with The Sunday Times and Channel 4 to ensure that anyone who believes they may have been a victim of a sexual offence knows how to report it to the authorities.

The Met Police spokesperson further encouraged anyone who believes they might have been a victim of a sexual offence, regardless of when it occurred, to reach out to the police. The investigation is ongoing as authorities delve into the new allegation against Russell Brand.
