On Saturday 11 May 2024, the victim was approached by men who offered to clean the gutters and undertake urgent roof repairs at an address near Seal Hollow Road, Sevenoaks.
[block_2]It is reported the suspects attended the property two days later and charged the victim a vastly inflated price for additional roof repairs, compared to what was originally quoted. Allegedly, the men also damaged the roof when they removed the lead flashing.
