The problems began just before 5:30 am, affecting a significant number of users in major cities including London, Manchester, Glasgow, and Cardiff.

According to the user reports compiled by DownDetector, about 75% of the problems are related to the app, while 21% are affecting the website. An additional 5% of the issues are linked to server connection problems.
