An overseas family is earnestly seeking assistance in locating relatives and friends of the late Sonny Arturo Willoughby, aged 84, who passed away on January 3 in Bohol, Philippines.
Sonny Arturo Willoughby, who celebrated his 84th birthday on December 4, had been residing in Bohol. Unfortunately, he has now left us, and his remains are currently at a local hospital.
