Thames Valley Police Charge Man with Multiple Sexual Offences in Bracknell

A 58-year-old man has been charged with multiple sex offences, including rape, in connection with incidents that allegedly took place over a six-year period.

Derek Harcourt, formerly of Wokingham Road, faces several charges related to the suspected incidents, which Thames Valley Police have reported occurred in Banbury between August 2014 and July 2020. The charges include:

One count of sexual activity with a child

One count of assault by penetration

One count of attempted sexual assault

One count of voyeurism

Harcourt, who has been charged by postal requisition, is set to appear at Reading Magistrates Court on Wednesday, July 17.
