Officers searching for missing 27-year-old Hannah Potter in Eastleigh have sadly discovered the body of a woman this evening, Sunday 2 February 2025.
Formal identification of the deceased has not yet taken place, but Hannah’s family have been informed of the discovery. A file will be prepared for the coroner as part of the ongoing investigation.
Hannah had been reported missing earlier in the week, and officers had been conducting extensive searches in the area. Police have expressed their gratitude to the public for sharing the earlier appeals and assisting in the search efforts.
