Arrest Made in Connection with the Fatal Stabbing of a Mother in Bradford

In a tragic incident that has shocked the community of Bradford, West Yorkshire Police have confirmed the arrest of a 23-year-old man on suspicion of assisting an offender, following the brutal stabbing of a woman as she pushed her baby in a pram through the city centre.

The victim, identified as 27-year-old Kulsama Akter, was attacked in broad daylight at Westgate, Bradford, on Saturday afternoon. Despite being rushed to the hospital, Ms Akter succumbed to her injuries, leaving behind a community in mourning and a baby unharmed but without a mother.
