Serious Crash on A21 Near Hastings Leaves Cyclist Critical

Police are urgently hunting witnesses after a grave collision on the A21 at Westfield, near Hastings. The smash happened just before 9 AM on Saturday, July 6, close to Westfield Lane junction.

Cyclist in His 70s Airlifted to Hospital

A black Audi Q5 and a local cyclist, a man in his 70s, collided in the incident. The cyclist suffered life-threatening injuries and was airlifted to hospital by air ambulance. Thankfully, no one else was hurt.

Police Seek Witnesses and Dashcam Footage

Sussex Police are urging anyone who saw the crash or has dashcam footage to step forward. Witnesses should email [email protected] and quote Operation Woodfield.
