David Ratabua, 21, faces a legal nightmare after a shocking Swindon incident.
Shocking Charges Laid
The 21-year-old, with no fixed address, has been hit with a slew of serious offences, including:
- Two counts of grievous bodily harm
- False imprisonment
- Intentional strangulation
- Blackmail
- Two counts of assault
- Threatening to share private sexual images to cause distress
- Threatening someone with a bladed article in a private place
Incident Details and Court Appearance
The charges stem from an incident inside a Whitehead Street property in Swindon between 19th and 20th April. Ratabua was remanded in custody and is set to appear at Swindon Magistrates’ Court tomorrow (23/04).
