Lyminster burglary: Large haul of fishing equipment stolen – Police are appealing for witnesses
Police are appealing for witnesses after a large quantity of fishing equipment was stolen in a burglary in Littlehampton. The intruder broke into the back of a house in Lyminster Road between 9pm on Saturday 10 and 9.30am on Monday 12 October and stole £25,000 worth of Daiwa fishing equipment.
An armed man was approached by officers from Sussex police and ran off in Brighton

Police are appealing for witnesses after two people died following a collision in Chertsey
The collision, involving a blue Volkswagen Golf and a blue Volkswagen Sharan, took place around 8.45pm on Saturday evening on the Guildford Road. Two men, the driver and the passenger from the Golf and both in their 20s, were sadly declared dead at the scene.
